Saving $15k this year

MP Dunleavy just wrote an article about her goal to save $15k this year.  She wants to fully save her emergency fund of three months.  That’s right $15k is only 3 months of expenses for her.  It’s like that in a HCOLA.   That and she’s still carrying 2 mortgages.  I can see the risk.
