Currently she’s awaiting her valentine’s day surprise. Should be a great gift after all…it’s her 10th with her DH and next year’s surprise will be icing on her already great cake!

Laura, DINK=Dual Income No Kids. In other words, married couple where both the man and woman work full time and there are no kids.

I really enjoy your site, because it touches on many important challenges involving finances. Especially now, hearing real people talk about what has worked in their lives is very helpful.
I do question your goal of wanting to Live Large, though. This sounds a lot like someone who wants to have a lot of Stuff. My definition is being free from ALL debt by age 50 and having a significant amount of retirement money so we can live comfortably and not have to be dependent upon the government.
