I've never used a coupon service, but I agree that customer service is important. I would rather pay more for good customer service than shop at a cheaper store with poor service. My time is valuable, and inconvenience is a waste of my time and I have enough stress in my life without exposing myself to infuriating or incompetent people, so when I can, I stick to businesses that provide good service.

Well. I suppose I'll have to change my first go-to for coupons. That is simply an unacceptable response.
