This week I again participated in some great carnivals so check them out.
- 182nd Carnival of Personal Finance
- 154th Festival of Frugality
- 12-05-08 Carnival of Financial Planning
- 88th Carnival of Money Stories
- 42nd Carnival of Money Hacks
- 118th Festival of Stocks
- Investing Carnival #9
- 22nd Rich Life Carnival
- 6th Book Review Carnival
These are some of the articles I found interesting as well
- Almost Frugal asks “How old are you financially?” I think it cute analogy.
- Quick Diligence analyzes “GameStop“. My DH actually bought this stock.
- The Art of the Coupon asks “What is the challenge of having everything?” I have never considered it because it’s too far from reality, but I think personally it would be nice.
- Thicken My Wallet asks “Why all the fuss over dividends?” Examines how investing in dividend bearing stocks can be good. I think investing in a well run company most important.
- FMF talks about “6 ways to save on pet costs.” I agree, but he should have added, feed pet better quality food and there is less risk for kidney stones and obesity!
- Wenchypoo talks about “Job Creation and the Economy.” Interesting.
- NoDebtPlan talks about “His plan for the Automaker’s bailout.” I say let Honda and Toyota show them how it’s done.
- Ashley tells us “credit card customer service stories“. I found them hilarious!
- Nickel talks about “Five ideas for Charitable giving in a bad economy“ I fully agree that now is a great time to give of yourself if you can’t give $$$.
Hope you have a great weekend!
