Poll: What is gas costing you?

October 5th, 2008 · 2 Comments · poll

I did a poll a few months ago asking what is gas costing you?  I thought it would be fun to close it and see the results.

What is gas costing you a month?

  • $100-$200 (33%, 11 Votes)
  • $200-$300 (27%, 9 Votes)
  • Less than $100 (24%, 8 Votes)
  • $400+ (9%, 3 Votes)
  • $300-$400 (6%, 2 Votes)

Total Voters: 33

It appears that most people spend between $100-$200/month on gas.  Myself included, I currently spend around $150/month. If I shouldn’t have asked the question, how much did your gas increase since prices have escalated so much?

If only the cost of gas could be measured by just what we put in out tank. It is ridiculous to think how much this has has affected every thing that we buy but also given companies free reign to raise prices continuously in the name of higher fuel costs. I still get price increases weekly from our vendors blaming fuel costs. Funny how gas has gone done some but prices on everything that has gone up is not going down. Sorry for the rant, I am an unhappy camper.

Absolutely it affects the cost of food, travel, goods, etc. You see signs saying the price of gas has increased delivery of food. Or no more delivery rather.

    Small things are added on.
