Good point and we have a dedicated desktop for our personal use info. Also why my DH usually backups info on an external hard drive and I have to plug it in to use it.

I wouldn't keep any account numbers on a computer that's attached to the internets. No matter how good virus scanners are, they're always one step behind the hackers.

I have that as well in my firesafe because I scan my cards all in using our scanner. But I need a list that I can follow and call and it's easy to print off and check as you go along.

I used to just photocopy until I realized I always lost the photocopied papers.

Your way is the organized way, and to be recommended. But the LazyGrace way is to take out all my cards from my wallet, lay them out on the Xerox machine, and copy them. Then turn them over and copy the backsides. Then put the two sheets in a drawer and try not to forget where I put them.
