Total is $2k maybe to replace. I think it's important for people to evaluate the cost of the items in their house. This will give a realistic basis for renter's insurance. Most people don't need $65,000 worth of renter's insurance, so you shouldn't pay for a policy like that. You should have a policy that fits what you own. Good post!
