The Celtics won the NBA Championships. I have to say I cheered for them because I hate the Lakers. I couldn’t stand them when I lived in LA and still can’t. Too much me, me, me.
Anyway, I was very impressed with reading about the smart financial moves by the management of the Boston Celtics. The management invested more marketing to draw in fans. And this in turn allowed them to be able to go out this year and buy 2 big name stars to help create a winning team. The management was able to fill seats even during a losing season and now with a championship again I’m sure they’ll be well able to afford much more.
I see it as a wise business move, invest more in your business/product, which you truly believe in and dividends will be repaid. Turns out it happened exactly like that for the Celtics. Makes for good business strategy. Congratulations again. Guess Red Auerbach is smoking a cigar.

Unfortunately, their fans trashed my neighborhood last night. 4 hours of constant car horns and yelling and idiocy outside the apartment and I’m hoping some other town buys the team.
I really could use a nap.

You obviously didn’t see the LA riots when the lakers won. That was something else. Or when they lose.
