I had to post this article because I was immediately taken by it. I am dying for my DH to try it, doubt he will, but would love for him to do it. He is a terrible night owl, last night we went to bed at 1 am and were up at 7:30am. Not a huge deal for me because I pop out of bed and go exercise. He can barely crawl out of bed without me prodding him. I figure with kids maybe he’ll become a more regular sleeper. Although my mom is still one of the worse night owls ever. Up till 2 or 3 am and awake at 6 am.
Anyone up to the test to switch?

I used to be a night person, maybe I still am, I don’t know… my son won’t let me sleep in to save my life. This morning he turned on my bedroom light at 5:15. Too early, much too early!

I would…except for the pills…and the yellow glasses…I’ll just use a lamp.

It doesn’t matter how early one goes to bed or how late one stays up, as long as you get the 7-8 hours of sleep that adults need to stay healthy. My body needs 8 hours. I always know what time I’ll wake up based on what time I go to bed.

DH was a night owl until we had a child. Now he goes to bed around 11 and is up by 6:30 or 7. I have always been a morning person and up around 5:30 or so.

Well my DH is still in bed at 12:30 pm, after sleeping already 12 hours. This is very normal for him. Unless I wake him he’ll sleep all day and get maybe 16+ hours.
He’ll change after kids. I figure why not let him rest while I work on my blog.
