I’ve been tagged by Mom @ Wide Open Wallet. Normally I don’t do this, and I likely won’t tag anyone. But I will answer the 7 weird or random things about myself.
1. I have a tatoo of my name, and I got it at 18. My mom is still mad about it and mentions it all the time. It’s in an area of the body that is typically unseen.
2. I used to have an eyebrow and tongue ring and still have 3 earrings on each ear.
3. DH and I meet when we moved in together and I still haven’t kicked him out over 8 years later.
4. I have never bounced a check, hit a credit card limit, paid a late fee, or interest on a credit. Though I have had roommate bounce checks to ME!
5. My family calls me the mobile nomad. During college and after, I moved like crazy living in apartments for as short as 4 week. I moved 17 times in less than 4 years. It makes for not accumalating stuff.
6. My favorite hobby is going to a bookstore and sitting there all day reading. I buy nothing but just read. I have done this since childhood, except it was the library. Since I was tiny I had a weekly library trip with my mom.
7. My mom’s favorite hobby with me is watching movies at the theater. I remember $1 movie night with a popcorn and soda. We were broke but she always scraped a $1 together. So every time I see my mom we go to a movie.
8. For kicks, my family are all dog fanatics. At one point my grandparents had 17 dogs. They bred german shepard and had a bunch of strays people would beat up and dump on their door step. Guess this is why I married guy just as dog crazy as I am.

#3 — were you just roomies first? The way you put it sounds intriguing.

Oh I love to just to the bookstore and read and not buy anything. It’s a perfect way to spend an afternoon.
Thanks for participating!
